Delivery within Poland is free for orders worth at least PLN 199. The available methods and final delivery cost are shown in your basket before you place the order.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or tracking information if this service is available from the carrier.

Payment by bank transfer 💳

Orders can currently be paid by bank transfer only. You will receive the bank details after placing your order. Processing begins once the payment has been credited to our account.

Choosing a collection point 📍

We may use different carriers depending on their current availability. After you place an order with delivery to a collection point, we will contact you by email or telephone and suggest an available point, taking into account your delivery location and preferences.

Please make the bank transfer only after the specific collection point and carrier have been confirmed. Delivery is available exclusively within Poland, and the cost shown in the order will not increase without your express consent.
